We’re wagging our tails to get your bandana on its way!

Once your order is placed, please allow 2–4 business days for processing. After that, your goodies will ship via USPS and typically arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking info as soon as your order hits the road.

Heads up! We currently only ship within the U.S.—but we’re working on sniffing out international options soon!

Returns and

Exchanges   

Pawlicy Note: We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been worn or chewed (no matter how lovingly).

Because each bandana is handmade with a whole lotta love (and maybe a few dog hairs), we’re not currently accepting returns. However, if there’s a ruff situation—like a damaged item or a size mix-up—we’ll make it right. Just contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
